The surface of the aluminum alloy is oxidized and shiny. The window sash frame is large and can be inlaid with a larger area of glass, allowing sufficient and bright indoor light, enhancing the contrast between indoor and outdoor facades, and making the living room more layered. The aluminum alloy itself is easy to extrude, the cross-sectional dimension of the profile is accurate, and the processing accuracy is high. Many aluminum doors and windows are used in the decoration, and the installation process of aluminum doors and windows will be introduced.
Installation process:
marking and positioning→water installation of aluminum alloy doors and windows→anti-corrosion treatment→installation of aluminum alloy doors and windows in place→fixing of aluminum alloy windows→treatment of gaps between door and window frames and walls→installation of door and window sashes and door and window glass→installation of hardware accessories .
1. Marking and positioning
(1) According to the installation position, size and elevation of the doors and windows in the design drawings, measure the side lines of the doors and windows to both sides according to the center line of the doors and windows. If it is a multi-storey or high-rise building, take the edge of the top door and window as the standard, use a wire drop or theodolite to draw down the edge of the door and window, and mark the door and window on each floor. Individual non-straight edges should be cut.
(2) The horizontal position of doors and windows should be based on the +50cm horizontal line in the floor room. Each layer must maintain the same elevation of the skin under the window.
2. Installation of aluminum alloy doors and windows covered with water
Fix the drape on the aluminum alloy window according to the requirements of the construction drawings, and ensure that the position is correct and the installation is firm.
3. Anti-corrosion treatment
(1) When the anti-corrosion treatment design of the outer surface around the door and window frames is required, it shall be treated according to the design requirements. If the design does not require, you can apply anti-corrosion paint or paste plastic film for protection, so as to prevent the cement mortar from directly contacting the surface of aluminum alloy doors and windows, causing electrochemical reactions and corroding aluminum alloy doors and windows.
(2) When installing aluminum alloy doors and windows, if connecting iron parts are used for fixing, it is better to use stainless steel parts for the metal parts such as connecting iron parts and fixing parts. Otherwise, anti-corrosion treatment must be carried out to avoid electrochemical reaction and corrosion of aluminum alloy doors and windows.
4. Installation of aluminum alloy doors and windows in place
Install aluminum alloy door and window frames according to the drawn door and window positioning line. And adjust the horizontal, vertical and diagonal length of the door and window frames in time to meet the quality standards, and then temporarily fix them with wooden wedges.
5. Fixing of aluminum alloy doors and windows
(1) When iron parts are embedded on the wall, the iron feet of aluminum alloy doors and windows can be directly welded to the embedded iron parts on the wall, and the welding place needs to be rust-proofed.
(2) When there is no embedded iron parts on the wall, metal expansion bolts or plastic expansion bolts can be used to fix the iron feet of aluminum alloy doors and windows to the wall.
(3) When there are no embedded iron parts on the wall, an electric drill can also be used to drill a hole with a depth of 80mm and a diameter of 6mm on the wall, using L-shaped 80mm×50mm 6rmn steel bars. Glue 108 glue grout to the long end, and then punch it into the hole. After the 108 glue cement slurry is finally set, the iron feet of the aluminum alloy doors and windows are welded firmly with the embedded 6mm steel bars.
6. Treatment of the gap between the door and window frame and the wall
(1) After the aluminum alloy doors and windows are installed and fixed, the concealed engineering acceptance should be carried out first, and the gap between the door and window frames and the wall should be treated in time according to the design requirements.
(2) If the design does not require it, elastic thermal insulation materials or glass wool felt strips can be used to fill the gaps in layers, and a 5-8mm deep groove is left on the outer surface to fill in caulking grease or sealant.
7. Installation of door and window sash and door and window glass
(1) Door and window sashes and door and window glass should be installed after the completion of the decoration and acceptance of the wall surface of the opening.
(2) After the sliding door and window are installed and fixed in the door and window frame, install the glass-equipped door and window sash into the chute in the frame as a whole, and adjust the gap with the door and window.
(3) Assemble the frame and the sash frame on the side-hung doors and windows, install the glass after the installation and fixation, that is, adjust the gap between the frame and the fan, then install the glass into the fan and adjust the position, and finally inlay the sealing strip and Sealant.
(4) The door leaf should be installed after the door frame and the floor spring host are installed and fixed in the ground. Firstly, insert the glass into the door frame and put it into the frame together, adjust the gap between the frame and fan, and finally fill in the sealing strip and sealant embedded in the door leaf glass.
The installation specifications for aluminum doors and windows are roughly these, even if you ask a decorator, you can check whether the project is qualified according to this specification.
8. Install hardware accessories
Galvanized screws for connecting hardware accessories and doors and windows. The hardware fittings installed should be strong and firm and flexible in use.
9. Precautions for construction
(1) Pay attention to the assembly quality when using multiple sets of combined aluminum alloy doors and windows.
(2) Product protection must be strictly done during construction, and damaged protective tape and film should be repaired in time, and mortar and dirt splashed on the surface of doors and windows should be removed in time to prevent aluminum alloy doors and windows from pollution and color.
(3) The thickness of the door and window glass and the size of the stile inlay groove and the sealing strip must meet the national standards and design requirements. When installing the sealing strip, there must be room for expansion and contraction to prevent the sealing strip from falling off.
(4) Adhesive stains on the surface of doors and windows should be cleaned with a special solvent or cotton gauze dipped in clean water. The excess traces of the filling sealant should be cleaned up in time, and the surface of aluminum doors and windows should not be scratched, and the surface of the finished aluminum alloy doors and windows should be clean and tidy. Beautiful.
